Can I make an exchange if the product I received is defective?
JUNIOR PAGE strives to ensure that all products delivered are in mint condition but should you received a defected copy, please drop us an email at email@example.com and we'll confirm the exchange details. We will only exchange items that are still in mint condition and any discrepancies must be reported within 3 days upon receipt. All exchanges are final and further requests of exchanges will not be entertained.
Do you have a refund policy?
JUNIOR PAGE does not offer returns due to unsuitability.
We will not offer any cash refunds unless the exact same copy is Out of Stock.
We are also not liable should you purchase our products from a third party merchant and will not accede to any request of exchanges/ returns if the article was not purchased from us directly through the site.
